Our Old Fashion Country Bacon is a dry cured bacon that has been rubbed with our special dry rub recipe, cured, and hickory smoked. The result is a mellow flavor, with a nice balance of spice, smoke, and sweetness that's slightly milder than our Original or Pepper Coated Country Bacon.
