Aged naturally a "Country Year" (7 to 9 months) - this ham is for the "connoisseur" of old fashioned hams with taste being more robust than the ham above. Available uncooked, cooked, whole, half, spiral sliced and steaks.

H | Cooked City Cured Ham
A City Cured Ham is one that is closely trimmed and cured with a "sweet brine." Then cooked and gently smoked at the same time to bring out that sweet, moist flavor. Hams are available bone-in, semi-boneless, boneless, whole, half, spiral sliced and steaks.

How much Ham do I need?
We suggest the following guidelines when figuring how much ham you'll need.....
8 oz. per person. So an 8 pound ham should be enough for approximately 16 folks. Of course you'll need to adjust this figure if you have extra hearty eaters or if you wish to have leftovers. Since any of our hams keep well ordering a little extra is always a good idea.
What is Special Sliced?
Sliced on a harp style saw, entire product is cut completely through in one pass. Product is vacuum sealed and maintains its whole appearance and original shape with the added advantage of being pre-sliced.
